Albita de Rodriguez … the Pride of San Miguel
I had the privilege and the honor of photographing one of San Miguel living legends … Albita de Rodriguez this past October. “Niña Albita” as she is well known is perhaps one of the most humble people that I have ever met. With one of the sweetest smiles that you ever seen, it reflects her personality and embodies the warmth and attention that she gives you when you first meet her. She will soon celebrate her wedding anniversary in December and I wanted to capture the love and affection between Niña Albita and her husband. It was a brief session, but one that will last a life time once they receive their beautiful print. In the mean time … enjoy the pics! 
Pintor de Luz and Facebook … where are you?
Hello everyone,
For those who think that I have fallen off the face of the earth … well, I have not … I am still here! I have temporarily left Facebook to take care of some pressing matters that require all my attention at this time. As far as this Blog is concerned, it will continue to exist and there is no change in that regard.
I want to thank those friends who message me and called me to inquire about my absence and my well being and I want to assure them that everything is going well at my end. I most likely see you at the beginning of next year.

Elegance and Sophistication in El Salvador
One of the neat things about being a photographer is the joy that I bring when I deliver an image that makes you go … WOW!!! That is my goal on every image that I capture and needless to say that I what I accomplished in this session. My client reflected an air of sophistication, elegance and poise that I wanted to convey in these portraits. Bringing a smile to her face was a matter of showing her what I had accomplished … now I show you and don’t you think that these portraits can really bring a smile to your face as well?
